The GyneShape team has worked extensively with our EMR partner, MacPractice, to create all the templates needed for the GyneShape procedures and the practice of Aesthetic Gynecology. Examples include Aesthetic Gynecology History and Physical, Aesthetic Gynecology Insurance Disclaimer, Pre-Op Consent Forms, Operative Notes, Post-Operative Notes, Discharge Orders, Prescriptions, and Progress Notes. You will never need to lift a pen for us. You will also be able to import photos directly from our imaging system.
